Pitbull took the stage at the Brickell City Centre tonight for a surprise performance during the Saks First Look in Miami to help open the centre.
The Brickell City Centre will be officially opening during it’s ribbon-cutting ceremony tomorrow, November 3rd, but tonight, Saks Fifth Avenue hosted the #BCCFirstLook to kick off the inauguration festivities. Saks hinted throughout the day that there would be a surprise performance at the ceremony, but it wasn’t until just a few minutes prior to him hitting the stage, that they announced that Miami’s own, Mr. 305, would be the surprise performer.
When Pitbull and The Most Bad Ones took the stage, they performed some of his biggest hits such as, “Don’t Stop the Party“, “Fireball“, and “Rain Over Me,” and it did just that… rain over them. It was thunder-storming in Miami tonight but since when has a little bit of rain stopped a Pitbull Party? Never! The crowd of over a thousand guests still danced the night away with Mr. Worldwide’s one-hour set.
The Brickell City Centre is an open-air luxury shopping center that developers say will transform downtown Miami’s financial district, and it, along with some of its initial stores, will be opening tomorrow morning.
