More Artists Added to the Pitbull After Dark Party — The Pitbull Cruise Lineup!

Six DJs have just been added to the artist lineup on the second annual Pitbull After Dark Party — The Pitbull Cruise, joining the roster of other artists including YandelFlo Rida, and Mr. Worldwide himself!

With his sixth sense for spotting a global smash, GRAMMY® Award-winning producer, songwriter, DJ, and performer IAmChino exerts an influential and impactful presence across both pop and Latin music, drawing his expansive vision from real world experience.

“I’ve been around the globe so many times,” he says. “It gives you a ton of new ideas for production, and you look at things differently. I love to mix what’s going on in the clubs with the sounds I hear outside to create this new flavor and lane for my music.”

Following a 10-year grind in Miami’s club scene, he went from DJ-ing in front of millions on stage for Pitbull to becoming a co-writer and producer for the international mega star. In 2011, he would co-produce and co-write “Mr. Worldwide Intro” on Planet Pit followed by “I’m Off That” as well as Global Warming’s platinum-certified “Don’t Stop the Party”—which landed placements in Despicable Me 2 and The Incredible Burt Wonderstone. After producing the Latin single “Noche No Termina,” IAmChino would drive the creation of Pitbull’s 2015 Latin blockbuster, Dale, as Executive Producer and A&R, assembling the vision and earning a GRAMMY® Award for “Best Latin Rock, Urban or Alternative Album.” At the ceremony, he’d share the stage with not only Pitbull but Aerosmith’s Joe Perry, Travis Barker of blink-182, and Robin Thicke during a once-in-a-lifetime collaboration. Continuing this hot streak, 2016 saw him produce “Messin’ Around” [feat. Enrique Iglesias] for Climate Change.

In 2015, Jennifer Lopez would tap IAmChino as both a DJ and producer, and he’d go on to share the stage with her at The Hollywood Bowl, Premios Juventud, and during her All I Have Las Vegas residency in addition to creating music in the studio together. This would kick off another chapter of his career.

Signed to Mr. 305 Records, IAmChino properly ignited his solo career with the 2013 debut single “Si Te Agarro” [featuring Fito Blanko & Papayo]. Further developing his signature style, 2016’s anthem “Ay Mi Dios” [feat. Pitbull, Yandel, Chakal] seamlessly stirs together pop prowess, Cuban swing, and an unshakable club bounce, flaunting the power to move bodies anywhere and anytime.

“It gives you Reggaeton, American sounds, and Cuba,” he continues. “We want to shine light on the underground and blow it up!”

He keeps his ear to the streets because that’s where he began his career, performing at house parties and all-ages events around his native Miami at 16-years-old. As he became a fixture in the city’s legendary club scene, Pitbull’s manager Michael Calderon introduced him to the budding star in 2005. He and Pitbull developed an inimitable and irreplaceable chemistry, ushering in a new sound that surpasses all borders.

Obi Tawil aka Damaged Goods has developed a career out of “stretching the borders of musical sanity”. Also one half of the production duo Caligula, he is a fixture in Miami Nightlife and transcends genres seamlessly the way he does scenes. From a down town dance spot, mega south beach club or an underground speakeasy there isn’t a venue Damaged Goods hasn’t stamped with his signature high energy and forever evolving style.

In 2008 Obi was resident DJ to an eclectic team of misfits running the local Miami Indie Scene with promotional conglomerate, OVERTHROW. The buzz on their killer weekly party “Black Sunday” raised tons of eyebrows with their somewhat untraditional party themes. Stop motion photography captured weekly cinematic “murders” that immortalized the group’s social profile and gave Obi a break into a niche group of local nightlife celebrity.

Residencies at Mansion, Louis, Mokai, Set and International Sponsorship from Smirnoff Vodka soon followed and so did the opportunity to play alongside heavyweights Deadmau5, M.I.A, Steve Angello, Laidback Luke, Steve Aoki, Afrojack, Switch, The Rapture, The Juan Mclean, Jesse Rose, Danny Daze, The Bloody Beetroots, and Boys Noize.

Adding Producer to his repertoire in 2011 he released “Devastating” with co-producer Sydney Blu and went onto release their second single together called, “Giving it Up “ which took off on Beatport’s Top 10 Progressive charts. Some of his most notable remixes in 2012 had him at the top of HypeM’s charts with Gotye’s “Somebody That I Used to Know” and “Glad You Came” co-produced with fellow Miamian, Christian Falero. Expect more releases into 2013 on Funk Farm and Dim Mak in what seems to be stacking up as Damaged Good’s break out year.

Sergio “Latin Prince” Jimenez is a truly international DJ and musical influencer with a background that reflects this through his experiences with record labels, radio stations and music promotions. His love of music began at a young age with exposure to a diverse array of genres. Latin Prince transitioned from focusing solely on DJing to also working behind the scenes in the music industry when an internship at 106 KMEL turned into him joining the station’s All Star DJ’s on air segment.

He continued his upward momentum with a series of high profile positions including a turn as associate producer at popular music trade publication HITS Magazine. He went on to become the Director of Rap Promotions at MCA Records (working with notable artists like Mary J Blige, Common and The Roots) and headed promotional campaigns at TVT Records where he helped to boost the careers of current industry stars including Lil Jon and Pitbull. Latin Prince also held the title of National Director of Mix Show West Coast for Universal Records/Motown Records Los Angeles. But, he isn’t just a part of the music industry establishment; he creates his own lane as well. After stepping away from the record labels he launched his own marketing and promotions company, Urban Jungle Music, where he continues to organize campaigns for new and established artists from major and independent labels.

In 2011 Latin Prince joined popular record pool DJ City as the Regional Director, East where he oversees the growth and development of their subscribers and manages artist relations with record labels. With his relocation to New York two years later, he turned his attention to a longstanding passion – music production. In addition to remixing audio and music videos from popular artists like Flo Rida, Akon, Diplo and David Guetta, Latin Prince also released the original song “Burn It Up” featuring the EDM group Nuthin’ Under A Million.

When he’s not in the studio, Latin Prince regularly tours across the US and abroad – often appearing at high profile events in diverse locales such as India, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Finland, Croatia and Germany to name a few. Most notably, he helped fans welcome in 2016 when he performed at Pitbull’s Revolution New Years Eve Fox Concert in Miami. Latin Prince continues to maintain his role as an influencer in the US music scene and is a regular contributing DJ to Pitbull’s Globalization weekly radio show on Channel 4 on SiriusXM.

With a background as impressive as Latin Prince’s it easy to assume he would be content to sit back on his success. But this long time DJ and industry insider is still focused on pushing forward to new opportunities and challenges. Given his track record to date, the question isn’t can Latin Prince do it, but what will he do next!

For several years, DJ Danny West has had some of the hottest venues across the country spilling over night after night. Though he hails from the sunny streets of Los Angeles where he perfected his craft over countless hours in his youth, those who appreciate music, dancing and a blazing Disc Jockey can’t help but turn out in droves to hear him drop beats around his current hub of Dallas/Fort Worth, TX.
It’s no surprise West has been tapped to spin for top-notch clients like The Dallas Cowboys, Red Bull, In Style Magazine, and Top Rank for both Manny Pacquiao bouts in Dallas. You can hear him every weekend on SiriusXM for Pitbull’s Globalization Channel.
DJ Santarosa was born and raised in Orange County. He grew up with a major interest and passion for music, and this is what earned him a reputation as one of the best deeyjay’s in the industry. Santarosa booked gigs all over the country in cities like Hollywood, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, San Diego, Dallas, Anaheim, San Francisco and many more.
While music served as an escape, Santarosa’s hustle landed him a gig on LA’s #1 Party Station, formerly known as Latino 96.3, where him and his talents took over the noon mix everyday, keeping thousands of satisfied listeners entertained. DJ Santarosa has always strived to do more and settling is not something he believes in. Eight years later, he decided to move on from FM radio to satellite airwaves, he is now currently heard everyday on Pitbull’s Globalization radio on Sirius XM Ch. 4, and also serves as the station’s Assistant Music Director. Alongside Santarosa’s rigorous schedule, he was awarded the position of Latin Music Director for DJcity, the world’s leading music record pool and news source for DJ’s.
DJ Santarosa is committed to developing his craft, growing his brand and broadening his following to different states, cities, and countries. Rest assure that when DJ Santarosa is behind the turntables, dance floors are in for an unforgettable experience.
