Pitbull is helping promote and advertise the first annual Javi Perez Road to Recovery 5K Run and Walk!
The walk is in honor of Javier Perez, principal of South Dade Senior High School, who was struck last month by an SUV at Tamiami Park baseball field and suffered critical injuries. Thankfully, on Thursday, it was announced that the loving father is off a ventilator, breathing on his own, and on the road to a full-recovery!
In order to raise money for his recovery, family and friends started the first annual Javi Perez Road to Recovery 5K Run and Walk where participants will race in his honor. And in order to promote their amazing event, they enlisted Pitbull to record a special message for Javier!

Pitbull made a guest-appearance on Netflix’s first-ever talk show, “Chelsea,” hosted by Chelsea Handler, last night.
Armando spoke about education, the origin of his nickname, Mr. Worldwide, and what SLAM means to him. He also joined Drew Berrymore later on in the episode to help Chelsea with a ‘rap’ for her Snapchat.

“Good Morning America” has announced the 2016 Summer Concert Series lineup, featuring some of the hottest chart-topping music stars live from Summerstage in New York City’s Central Park!
Pitbull will be taking the Summerstage on Friday, June 3rd to promote his highly-anticipated album, “Climate Change” (due out June 3), and his forthcoming summer tour, “The Bad Man Tour” (starts July 6).
Pitbull’s Summer Concert Series show will be free and open to the general-public, and will take place live during “Good Morning America” on Friday, June 3rd from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. Viewers interesting in joining “Good Morning America” in Central Park are encouraged to arrive at Rumsey Playfield via the 72nd street entrance on Fifth Avenue at 6 a.m., when the park opens to the public.
A week after ascending into the Top 5 on Billboard’s Tropical Songs Chart, IAmChino’s latest hit, “Ay Mi Dios (ft. Pitbull, Yandel, and Chacal),” has taken the number one spot on the chart!
