Pitbull to Produce Claudia Leitte’s Upcoming Album
According to Brazilian Journalist, Vera Magalhaes, Pitbull will be producing Claudia Liette’s upcoming album.
Leitte’s new album will include songs in English and Spanish, and it will be the first step in internationalizing her career. And who better than Mr. Worldwide to help her do that?
Pitbull and Leitte have teamed up in the past for the 2014 World Cup’s official theme-song, “We Are one”.

Pitbull Talks Messing Around, Climate Change, and President Obama on KTU
Pitbull called into 103.5 KTU this morning from Miami to discuss upcoming projects including his new single with Enrique Iglesias, “Messing Around,” his new album, “Climate Change,” and his forthcoming KTUphoria performance. Pit also took the time to thank President Obama for giving him a shout-out during his speech in Cuba.
Interview Highlights:
- On his ‘day trip’ to New York: “I just have meetings, I’m in and out of New York today. I’m going up there to talk about an apparel line, and actually the whole marketing behind Voli Vodka today. So, going to the Big Apple to knock some things out the park.”
- On KTUphoria: “Its always an amazing show, and always a great crowd that comes out that has been showing love for many years so, I’m definitely looking forward to it.”
- On Enrique Iglesias: “We got a new single that’s coming out now which is called, ‘Messing Around,’ and that’ll be hitting the airwaves in about, I would say, a week or so, so look out for that one and maybe we can even jump onstage [at KTUphoria] and that’ll be the first performance that we do together of this record.
- On Climate Change: “Actually the album comes out right before KTUphoria. June 3rd, ‘Climate Change,’ will be in stores, so the first performance after the album will be in Jones Beach so get ready!”
- On The Most Bad Ones: “They’re great girls, very professional, and to be honest with you, I have so much respect for them and the band also, The Agents, because they’re really the ones that put in all the hard work. I just come in, and they make me look good.”
- On President Obama’s Shout-Out: “That was crazy. That right there just shows you hard work pays off and also to be a part of a speech that is so historical between the relationship between the United States of America and Cuba is just, I mean, a tremendous honor. Also to see the Cuban flag and the American flag behind him while he was saying that, to me, was just– the irony behind it, and the iconic moment that it is, and that it will be, and to be a part of it; what an honor.”

Pitbull to Headline Annual eMerge Americas Tech Event
eMerge Americas is Manny Medina’s annual tech conference and the premier event for Miami’s start-up community. The conference, which started in 2014, aims to introduce Miami to the global technological community by placing it as a hub for Latin American technology.

Pitbull will be headlining 103.5 KTU’s KTUphoria alongside good-friend and collaborator, Enrique Iglesias.
The concert will take place on June 4, at Nikon at Jones Beach Theater in New York! Other performers include, Backstreet Boys, Mike Posner, and Bebe Rexha.

J Sutta Teams Up with Pitbull on, “When a Girl Loves a Boy”
Former Pussycat Dolls member, J Sutta, gave OK! TV a first listen of her new song with Pitbull, which is said to be on the deluxe edition of her forthcoming album, “Feline Resurrection”.
The single is dubbed, “When a Girl Loves a Boy,” and here’s what Sutta had to say about it, “I love this record so much, and it’s a lot different than what he [Pitbull] is used to doing as well; it’s a little slower — it’s a love song.”
“I’ll die for you, ride for you, lie for you, cry for you baby,” raps Pitbull in the short clip that J Sutta showed to OK! TV. Watch the video above to hear it for yourself!
Z90/San Diego Presents #EPIC48Hours with Pitbull
SD LOCAL Top 40 XHTZ (Z90)/SAN DIEGO presented listeners with an incredible promotion called, “#EPIC48Hours”.
The mystery and suspense of #EPIC48Hours was unreal, thousands of listeners entered to win this extraordinary prize. The station provided no details in advance, only with one guarantee: this will be the most #EPIC48Hours of their lives.

Keith Urban Talks New Song With Pitbull
Country artist, Keith Urban, revealed to Rolling Stone that there is a collaboration with Pitbull on his upcoming album, “Ripcord”.
“Sun Don’t Let Me Down,” is a refreshing groove-driven tune that features Pitbull, Nile Rodgers, and producer Mike Busbee. It is the first ever Urban song to include a rap verse, “He [Pitbull] brings a mischievous, sexy swagger to it, in a very different way,” says the country songster.
“Ripcord,” hits stores Friday, May 6th.

Pitbull Gives Fans the Time of Their Lives at Closing Night of Vegas Residency
The second round of Pitbull’s limited-time Vegas engagement, Time of our Lives, came to an end last night at Planet Hollywood’s AXIS Theater.
The seven-date residency was a non-stop party that gave fans the Time of their Lives!
Although the second-leg of the limited-time residency is over, Pitbull is planning on beginning his permanent residency this August, around the same time SLAM! Nevada will open!
