While backstage at the iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina earlier this month (Nov. 5), Pitbull met one of his biggest fans and made her wish come true!

Thanks to the Make A Wish Foundation, Ariana, who has faced many struggles in her life, was finally able to meet her favorite musician and longtime idol, Pitbull while backstage at #iHeartFiesta.
