2018 has been an amazing year for Mr. Worldwide and it has been full of incredible achievements, events, and milestones. From cementing his hand and footprints at the Chinese Theatre, to releasing numerous worldwide hits, and performing sold-out shows across the globe, 2018 has been one of Pitbull’s greatest years yet. Although his New Year’s resolution was “Off the grid”, there’s no doubt that it has been a whirlwind year for Mr. 305! And PBU has broken down his most noteworthy events in this Year in Review.
JANUARY:
JANUARY 1ST: Pitbull rings in 2018 with a bang at his annual New Year’s Eve celebration at Bayfront Park in Downtown Miami, FL in front of over 150,000 fans. It is the largest annual NYE celebration in Florida.

JANUARY 12TH: The “Better On Me” official music video by Pitbull (featuring Ty Dolla $ign) releases on VEVO.
JANUARY 15TH: Pitbull turns 37! And as a special birthday gift for Mr. 305, fans from all around the world come together to wish him a happy birthday in our annual fan-project video!
JANUARY 17TH: Pitbull returns to Sin City to continue his Las Vegas residency, Time of Our Lives, at the Zappos Theater in Planet Hollywood.

JANUARY 25TH: “Carnaval” by Claudia Leitte (featuring Pitbull) releases as a single via all major purchase and streaming platforms.
FEBRUARY:
FEBRUARY 7TH: The official music video for “Carnaval” by Claudia Leitte (featuring Pitbull) premieres on the streaming app TIDAL. It is later released via VEVO.
FEBRUARY 9TH: Pitbull performs three sets in one day alongside Claudia Leitte at the Brazilian Carnival in Salvador, BR for over 150,000 fans.

DECEMBER 31ST: Pitbull will be ringing in 2019 at his annual New Year’s Eve concert at Bayfront Park in his hometown of Miami. This year’s concert will feature performances from not only Mr. 305 himself, but also DJ Laz and several other DJs.
2018 has been such a monumental year for Pitbull and we definitely can’t wait to see what he has in store for 2019! We’re sure he will continue to make history in the new year and it will even be bigger and better for Mr. Worldwide. His stated annual goal is “Generational Wealth” and we’re definitely looking forward to seeing him reach his resolution! Mr. 305 already has several shows, a new Spanish album, and more lined up for 2019.
